treated seriously by the AGA. Accordingly,
- AGA records are considered highly confidential;
- Only personal information relevant to the individual's business relationship
with AGA will be collected;
- Individuals can request details of their personal information held on AGA
files by contacting the AGA in writing;
- Personal information will only be used by AGA representatives for AGA
work-related purposes and, except where required by regulatory authorities or by
an appropriate legal direction (eg subpoena), will not be disclosed to a
third party.
- The AGA web-site can be viewed without disclosing any personal
information. Online payments are handled by an independent secure payment
gateway.
