The following Application Form is required to be completed satisfactorily before AGA can complete an assessment of any application for a WaterMark certification.  For Level 1 WaterMark certification, a Quality Programme Evaluation Form (QPEF) is also mandatory.  You can download individual AGA WaterMark-related forms from here but might prefer to click here  and download the Combined Kit.
