Following postgraduate studies in the UK, he joined the Gas & Fuel as Engineer in Charge of its Commercial Services Division, subsequently being appointed to the position of Service Operations Manager. This latter role provided an ideal opportunity to develop a thorough appreciation of issues related to high quality technical service delivery. Joined the AGA in 1993, and in 1995 was promoted to the position of Manager, Certification Services. Following organisational restructuring in January 2004, appointed to the position of General Manager (subsequently retitled to Chief Executive). His extensive experience and knowledge in the gas appliance and equipment sector greatly benefits the industry as he continues to lead AGA's Product Certification activities. Senior Engineer: Mr Ivan Marsic Background: Has significant experience and extensive knowledge across a range of products. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physics and Computing). Before joining AGA in November 1995, worked in the R&D department of a large Australian product manufacturer. Ivan is a Senior Engineer specialising in AGA's gas, electrical and plumbing certification businesses. Administration Support Officer: Kylie Birt Senior Engineer: Bernard Croxford Background: Bernard has a mechanical engineering background with extensive gas appliance research & development experience.  He has been a senior member of the AGA technical staff since 1997. Administration Support Officer: Amy Francis    Senior Engineer: Billy Tabourlos Background: Billy has an Honours in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and a Bachelor of Science (Computer) from Melbourne University.  He has been employed by AGA since January 2004, most recently being appointed to the role of Senior Engineer.  Administration Support Officer: Kylie Birt Manager, Industry & Support Services: Mr Stephen Chopping Background: Commenced work in the gas industry in 1972, providing a variety of administrative support services to operational departments within Gas & Fuel. Subsequently returned to the UK for nine years (1979-1988), establishing a successful wholesale and retail business. Returned to the Australian gas industry in1988, occupying senior administrative management positions within the Gas & Fuel and completing a related commerce degree at Deakin University. Commenced work with AGA in May 1995 and was responsible for implementing the AGA ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System and successfully leading the project for AGA to secure JAS-ANZ accreditation to ISO/IEC Guide 65. Manager, Finance: Mr Sajjad Junaidi Background: After completing degree in accounting in 1994 worked as a financial auditor in Singapore. Last position held was with Grant Thornton as Senior Auditor. Completed Australian CPA while working in Singapore. Returned to Australia in 2002 and took up a position of an Accountant with a multinational company.
