We announce that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has consented to the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor of the company effective 3 November 2016.
PricewaterhouseCoopers agreed to resign as auditors given that they were based in Canberra and we wanted to appoint a local firm.
We have appointed Ashfords Audit and Assurance Pty Ltd to conduct the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016. Ashfords Audit and Assurance Pty Ltd has offices in Dingley and Dandenong and are conveniently located to assist us with our financial needs.
